OUR PROCESS
Our team will arrive a few hours before your event—timing may vary based on the number of machines—to handle setup and preparation. Each machine will be filled with tokens and thoroughly tested to ensure smooth operation. If any unit isn’t performing at 100%, it will be promptly replaced with a backup. Once everything is set up and running perfectly, we’ll step aside so you can focus on your final party preparations without interruption.
Shortly before your event begins, our technician will return to oversee the machines throughout the party. If you'd like, they can also assist with distributing tokens to your guests. We leave token management entirely up to the host—some prefer to control distribution, while others simply let guests play freely and enjoy the experience.

We offer flexible options for token management—some hosts prefer to distribute tokens freely for unlimited play, while others choose to control distribution, especially when incorporating prizes for guests who collect the most. We’re happy to support whichever approach best suits your event.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
Paradise Luck strictly prohibits the use of our machines for any form of gambling. All machines are configured to operate exclusively with tokens, which we provide as part of your rental. Modifying the machines to accept quarters or other currency is illegal and violates our terms of service. We’ve made a significant investment in our equipment and cannot risk confiscation due to misuse. While hosts may choose how tokens are distributed to guests, under no circumstances may tokens be sold or exchanged for money. Our staff is trained to monitor machine usage during your event. If any activity resembling real-money gambling is observed, we are obligated to shut down all machines immediately to remain in compliance with legal standards.
